We have specialized in math instruction for many years. Our experience shows that many students could not complete the demands of school alone.

For many students a main reason for this is that they have a weakness in math -- often accompanied by a strength, such as in the field of language.

In some cases deficiencies in the schools are responsible for the week connections: few teachers fail to incorporate e.g. the text book into the instruction and sometimes questions about material during class are frowned upon.

We emphasize clearly our negative attitude towards instructional methods that seek to communicate the subject matter "over the heads of the students". If there is no time for clarification and repetition, then any further instruction will not be understood in the least. It is a blemish to our education system that in some schools many classes must be repeated for exactly these reasons.

• Many subjects can be understood quickly with models that someone can grad a hold of. We often use styrofoam objects, Legos, modelling clay and pliable wire. This is state-of-the-art and not as childish as one or another might think.
  
  
• All of our students have up until now have improved by at least one grade before they stop working with us regularly. About 60% of our students stay with us for 3/4 of a year because after that time, they no longer need private lessons. Almost all of our students reduce their private lessons to once every two weeks after the first year.
