Concentration Training

How does your child deal with stress How should he learn to better concentrate or to better relax? These questions are commonly asked by parents. Most students cannot apply these basic abilities. The same goes for many of us already.

in concentration training for students we train and use the following abilities in theoretical and practical terms:

- How does relaxation work and what are the basic requirements for it?

- How are concentration and relaxation related?

- Many want to find out this basic question: How can I improve my cognition?

- What is motivation and what usually motivates me?

- What is stress and which factors cause it? How do I recognize and control stress?

- How am I influenced by my everyday gaming, online communities and cell phones?

- Why do people meditate and what is its use?

Background: The Challenge

Concentration Problems from Chronic Stress

Besides the demands of school and social life, many students also have many distractions in the form of computer games, online communities or having their own cell phone. These not only make learning more difficult but they also bring together other areas of life into school.

As a result of these demands, many students have had a significant decrease in their ability to concentrate.

What has changed?

A trigger for restlessness in children is being available through so many different channels of communication simultaneously. The number of media used simultaneously as well as social pressure to use them climbs every year. More and more electronic devices are available all the time.

Most students cannot convey basic abilities. We see the use and the training of these abilities as something all together essential. Basic skills are the basis for having good habits and success in school
